Hi, I’m Kelly!
After spending 9+ years working in advertising and high-pressure environments, I became very familiar with constantly achieving, performing, pushing through, and living at a pace that left little room to slow down. Spending almost three years living in London only amplified that way of living.
From the outside, my life looked exciting and successful.
But internally, I felt emotionally exhausted, overwhelmed, disconnected from myself, and stuck in a constant cycle of pressure and overthinking. I had become so used to functioning in survival mode that I didn’t fully realise how disconnected I had become from my own needs, emotions, and sense of self.
Eventually, I reached a point where I knew something needed to change.
What started as my own healing journey became years of deep inner work exploring nervous system regulation, emotional healing, mind-body connection, and rebuilding self trust in a way that felt grounded and sustainable.
Through that process, I realised how many women are silently carrying the same weight, holding everything together externally while feeling emotionally depleted underneath it all.
Now, as a certified Mind-Body Practitioner and Holistic Coach, I support women navigating emotional exhaustion, overwhelm, identity shifts, burnout, and the internal pressure that comes from living in survival mode for too long.
Through private 1:1 coaching, my work focuses on helping women regulate their nervous system, reconnect with themselves, rebuild self trust, and create a life that feels more fulfilling, aligned, and emotionally sustainable.
I don’t believe healing is about striving for perfection or becoming the version of yourself you think you “should” be.
I believe it’s about understanding yourself more deeply, breaking out of the patterns that keep you stuck, and creating a life that feels genuinely supportive of who you are and how you want to live.
